iBomber is a top-down missile game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. In this game, you are a WWII bomber whose objective is to eliminate the enemy. When you first start using the application, you will have to enter a profile name, which entails that this game supports multiple accounts. From the main menu, I recommend tapping the "Help" option; Even though each map will show you how to control your plane, it is always a good idea to review them ahead of time. After tapping the "Play Game" option, you will be taken to a map selection screen. Tapping on a map will give you a briefing, from which you can determine what your objectives will be and what you must do about it.
Once you tap "Accept", the level will begin. Steering left and right is achieved by tilting the device respectively. Tilting forward will speed up the aircraft, and tilting backwards will slow it down. The bar on the far left will tell you how much health you posses, the radar will show where the enemies are, and the counter will let you know how much more of that particular bomb you have left. Tapping the red button labeled "Bombs Away" will drop the bomb you are currently using. If you hit a target, oftentimes an item will appear; to retrieve the item, you must tap on it. While dropping bombs you will have to compensate for the velocity, as the bombs do not hit where you launch them from. Originally, I thought this game was going to be short; seeing as there are only 8 different maps to play on.
