Even if you haven’t gone out and bought the new IPHONE 3G, you can still get the cool new software with the free iphone 2.0 update. Just connect your iPhone to your MAC or PC and then click “check for updates” in itunes and agree to upgrade to the new iphone software.
We absolutely love the new application store. This app store will sync directly with your itunes account on your pc, so you can purchase some of the applications that you really want. But otherwise there are quite a few of free applications that you can download to your iphone. Some free ones include obviously some games but also AOL Radio, Paypal, Weatherbug, Google Mobile App, a cool golf application called iyardage, and many more! One of our favorites is Texas Hold’em by Apple Inc. It costs $4.99 but its well worth it!

Another new feature that we love is better email management. Now when looking at email you can mass move or delete emails, where before you had to painfully delete every email ONE by ONE!
Also, now there is a new contact button on the screen. No more do you have to first open the phone and then hit the contact button. That was such a pain. There is also a new contacts search as well.
For you kids still in school, the calculator application transforms into a scientific calculator when you rotate your iphone.
Now go update your iphone to 2.0!!
